What isthe C1X?
The Yamaha C1X is a pre-loved 161 cm grand piano, built in Japan and imported to Melbourne by Signature Pianos. It is the most compact grand of Yamaha's CX series, announced in 2012, which Yamaha describes as inheriting from its CFX concert grand. It measures 161 cm long, 149 cm wide and 101 cm tall, with soft, sostenuto and damper pedals. The sostenuto holds only the notes already down.
